Registration for the Phnom Penh Hat is officially open!

 

Make it happen in 2012, people. Last year was ludicrously fun, with competitive battles, free-flowing booze and a host of sideline diversions including a slip n’ slide layout contest that shall be repeated this year – photos at http://tiny.cc/bnyl8. We have several live bands lined up for the main party.

 

This is the 4th installment and it just keeps getting bigger and crazier. We are maturing like a fine bottle of Mad Dog 20/20.
