Introducing the Hong Kong Ultimate Players' Association
The Hong Kong Ultimate Players Association (the "HKUPA") is a non-profit organization registered under the Hong Kong Societies Ordinance. The HKUPA is a member (observing) of the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China, a National Sports Association of Hong Kong and a member of the World Flying Disc Federation.

Fee Collection 2012
Thank you very much for your involvement with HKUPA the past year. I hope you have had a good time playing Ultimate with everyone! We are writing to let you know that HKUPA fee collection 2012 will start in January.
If you are a member in 2011.....
- Your member fee for 2012 is $500($250 for stuents)
- You should have receivd a member card which is refundable for $50 should you choose to leave HKUPA. If you have not, please let us know when you will be at disc so we'll bring it for you.
If you want to join as a HKUPA member 2012....
- Your member fee is $550 ($300 for students), of which $50 is a member card deposit refundable upon permanent exit from the association.
Please note membership paid will last until 31 December, 2012. There is no pro-rated fees for members join up any part of the year.
To avoid handling large quantity of cash on the field, we encourage membership fee to be transferred to Hong Kong Ultimate Players Association HSBC: 809-499338-001 via ATM or online banking. Please keep the reciept and let us know after you have done the transfer payment.
Pick up fees
Past HKUPA members who have not paid membership fee until Feb 5(one month after first pick up game in 2012) will be assumed to have given up member status and will be asked for pick up fees. Non-hkupa members will be asked for $20/40 on 1.5/3hrs session.
Use of Member Card and Memeber Benefits
1)Serves as a "receipt" for membership payment
2)Number on the card is used to verify your member status for mailing list and other member-only privileges.
2.1)Privileges include reduced league fees, priorities to be selected to play for HK in certain tournaments(HK Pan Asia).
2.2)Insurance coverage in affiliated club training sessions(provided that club and club members are paid up members of HKUPA), competitive tournaments (both national and international) at various locations around Hong Kong.
